On-Line Registration for Cloverdale and Sylvan Lake Summer Camps 2010

Complete this form to register for Summer Camp. All information will be kept in confidence and email addresses collected will only be used for communication between ourselves and our clients.

Once you have completed your registration and pressed the "SEND" button, you will be instructed how to send your payment.

CLOVERDALE, BC CAMP - please select the 'Salmon Arm' button when registering for this camp

COST:

Early registration: before July 15th $325 (includes new HST)

Late registration: $375 (includes new HST) after July 15th

Please send in a currently dated deposit cheque for $150 and a post dated cheque for the balance.  You may include your optional lunch program in the balance amount.

SYLVAN LAKE, AB CAMP - please select the 'Sylvan Lake' button when registering for selected camp.

Early registration: $400 before July 15th

Late registration: $450 after July 15th
